Description

When the Code of Jewish law says to daven in a shul, even if there's no minyan, does that mean an EMPTY shul, or does it mean that there is a minyan there, albiet you're davening is not syncronized with theirs as they are either BEHIND/AHEAD of you? Would you davening the silent Amidah of Shacharit and they that of Musaf be considered "davening in a minyan"?
